Can I view documents and resources on the site without Logging In?
No. To ensure the security of the data, you will need to create a new Username and Password. This is quite easy and is done in basically the same way that you do on any website.
How do I Log in for the first time?
To register for the first time simply click the link on the Sign Up button above
Enter your details as required in each screen. This will take you through the process of creating a new Username, your email address along with a password (this must be at least 12 characters long and contain at least 1 number and 1 letter).
How do I log in after I am registered?
Your signup will be checked by the admin team prior to your accoutn activation for site security.
Simply enter your Username and Password into the appropriate fields and then click the ‘Sign In’ button below this after you receive your account activation confirmation email.
What do I do if I am having trouble accessing the site?
Just email the ‘help desk’ and we can assist you further.

We hope to resolve your problem within 48 hours.
Why am I being asked for a Secuirty Code when logging in?
After you have provided you login credentials for you account, you will be requested to provide the 8 digit secuity number sent to your registered email address.
This is required not only for your account security, but for all members of the site to prevent any unauthorised access to the members portal.
Once recieved, you can manually copy the code to the secuirty field or just click the ‘continue’ button within the email to automaitcially log into your account.
If at any time you become aware that your email address has been compromised or your password, please contact [email protected] immedatly to secure your account.

Why can’t I change my Rank?
Members may not change their Rank. This can only be done by the Membership Admin Team.
Access to certain portions of the site and docuemtns are restricted based on your masonic rank.
Where can I find documents and resources?
The site has clear menus and layouts so that documents and resources can be found easily and are readily available and updated frequently.
The site is ideal for mobile use, allowing simple access from any smartphone or device.
What is the membership database used for?
The website will be used for more than individual members of Lodges but it will serve as an administrative and promotional hub for Masonic activity within District 36 by providing including booking for district events, lodge notice papers, receiving updates on news and events, submission of forms and admin tasks etc.
